During the Midwest 17th Session Lay Convention, Ms. Monice Crawford, Conference Lay President, presented Rev. V. Gordon Glenn with the President's Award for his ongoing commitment to the TEAM MIDWEST.  Rev. Glenn is the pastor of Grant Chapel AME Church in Wichita Kansas, serves the Midwest Conference Lay as the Website manager, ensuring the ZOOM output for monthly Lay services and other posted events.  His commitment to the organization was cited and upon his receipt of the award there was a rousing round of applause by the Convention attendees.

The Lay Convention was held at the St. John AME Church, who co-hosted with St. Mark's AME Church both located in Topeka, Kansas.  Congratulations to Rev. V. Gordon Glenn!
